Story: When I was depressed, I had many thoughts, but often no one to share them with. More often, I didn’t want to share them with anyone except with my notebooks. I always liked smaller notebooks, because I did not have to commit to filling a voluminous book. Writing down my thoughts was a valuable escape. I would fill a book in a few days to a week and start again fresh with another notebook.
